Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is by 12:00 (noon).
The cancellation policy depends on the rate plan. Standard Rate: Free cancellation or amendment is available up to 2 days prior to the arrival date. For cancellations or amendments made later than this period, or in case of a no-show, a fee equal to 100% of the first night’s room rate will be charged. Non-Refundable Rate: No cancellations, changes, or refunds are allowed for non-refundable bookings.
Smoking is not permitted in any guest room, including vaporizers and e-cigarettes.
We do not have a child rate. Children aged 10 and above are charged the same as adults. Children aged 9 and under can stay free of charge when sharing a bed with adults.
We regret that there is a step at the hotel entrance, so the property is not fully wheelchair accessible.
Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrush set, razor, comb, and cotton set are available in each room. Bath towels, face towels, and a bath mat are provided and refreshed daily.
Breakfast (available at an additional charge) can be ordered by 20:00 the day before. Enjoy your breakfast in your room at your preferred time (around 7:00, 8:00, or 9:00 AM).
A seasonal welcome drink is offered upon your arrival.
Luggage storage is available only on the check-in date, during your stay, and on the check-out date.
You can easily purchase a SIM card at convenience stores or phone card shops. We also offer complimentary pocket wifi devices for guests during their stay. Please note that availability is limited and reservations cannot be made in advance. Kindly check with our staff upon arrival.

Yes. We accept cash, credit cards (VISA, MASTER, JCB, UNIONPAY), and domestic bank transfers.
Yes. We offer complimentary laundry service (wash and dry only, no ironing) daily. Please place your laundry in the basket before noon. Clean items will be folded and returned in your room the same evening.
Valuables can be securely stored at the front desk upon request.

Superior rooms feature large windows with a city view. Standard Queen/Twin and Deluxe Family rooms have windows facing neighboring buildings.
For security reasons, room windows should remain closed.
Taxi is the most convenient option. It costs approximately 150,000 VND with Grab or around 250,000 VND by regular metered taxi.
We do not have on-site parking. Temporary parking is available nearby at guests’ discretion. Our front desk can provide information on nearby paid parking lots.
Lost items are handled by the management team and kept for up to one month. Food and beverages may be discarded the same day for hygiene reasons. For privacy reasons, the hotel will not contact guests about lost items except for valuable belongings. Please contact us directly for inquiries.
